Briana Sheets OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist / Owner
Bri Sheets received her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toledo and has over 10 years of experience working as a school-based occupational therapist. Throughout her career, she has supported children across multiple school districts, helping them develop fine motor skills, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, and independence in everyday activities.
Bri has particular experience working with children who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as students who have experienced trauma. Her approach focuses on understanding the whole child and creating supportive, engaging therapy experiences that build both skills and confidence.
She founded More From Life Therapy with the goal of creating a welcoming space where children and families feel supported while working toward meaningful progress.
Outside of the clinic, Bri is a mom to a six-year-old, Gracie, and dog mom to two pups, Ollie and Diggle. She enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and reheating the same cup of coffee three times or more.

Emily Ritchey B.S.
Education & Family Support Specialist
​ Emily Ritchey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 7 years of experience working with young children in preschool settings. Throughout her career, she has supported students with a wide range of abilities, helping them build foundational skills through engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Emily strongly believes in the power of learning through play and enjoys creating activities that help children grow while feeling confident and successful. She also works closely with parents and caregivers, helping them understand strategies that support their child’s development at home and in everyday routines.
Outside of the clinic, Emily is a mom to an energetic and headstrong two-year-old, Benny, and dog mom to two pups, Clark and Clemmy. She enjoys reading, caring for her plants, and exploring new playgrounds with her family.
